I have had the pleasure of working with Diane for over a year.  In that time, I have lost a lot weight and gained what is essentially a new lease on life!  She was instrumental in getting me to turn over a new leaf and realize that exercise will be part of a lifestyle and needn’t be dreaded. 

In a nutshell, Diane assessed my needs (I had back, shoulder and knee issues)  and devised a strength training and cardio program that was challenging, but not overwhelming.  I work with Diane twice a week and actually look forward to our sessions.  She knows when to push me to the next level and when to ease off a bit.  She keeps me motivated and encouraged ~ more so than any other trainer I have had.  If I am struggling with my eating habits or feeling frustrated, Diane gives me a pep talk and reminds me of how far I have come and how proud I should feel of my accomplishments.

I am pleased to say that as a result of my training, healthier eating habits and commitment to exercise, I have dropped six sizes, have more energy, am no longer taking arthritis meds, sleep like a baby and have much happier knees!

I continue to use the exercise program that Diane mapped out for me and I am empowered to walk into any gym and not feel intimidated.  I now have a level of confidence in myself and accountability to myself that didn’t exist before.  I am now a happier, healthier, more active person.

I have been training with Diane for a little over a year now and can say with all honesty that I am still motivated and challenged by each workout.  There is a noticeable difference in my muscle tone and strength as well as improved cardio and a newfound energy and positive approach to each day.  Diane keeps the workouts fresh with new exercises, techniques and ideas.  Diane doesn’t rely on “gym only exercise machines” but rather utilizes free weights, fitness ball, cardio and exercises you can do at home.  She has taken the time to provide me with a variety of written cardio and strengthening workouts that I can do on my own rather than just at our sessions.
